Entity Control Board Chair
ECB Chair | Term 26.27
Role Overview
The Entity Control Board Chair is responsible for overseeing governance, compliance, and organizational standards across all local entities of AIESEC in Sri Lanka. This role ensures that entities operate within established frameworks and maintain the highest standards of accountability. View the ECB booklet to review the role scope before applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Entity Control Board operations nationally
- Monitor entity compliance with organizational standards and policies
- Conduct audits and assessments of local committee operations
- Develop and implement governance improvement strategies
- Report entity performance and compliance status to MC
- Support entities in achieving organizational benchmarks
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of AIESEC governance and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Previous leadership experience in AIESEC (LC or national level preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and reporting capabilities

Dev Team Lead
Lead Tech Delivery | Term 26.27

Dev.Team is the tech engine of AIESEC Sri Lanka. We ship platforms, analytics, automation and product experiences used by 2000+ users across national operations.
Lead the Delivery
- Drive sprint delivery for software and data teams.
- Own platform reliability, product launches and technical execution.
- Align Dev.Team work with MCVP CXO & IM strategy.
- Build developer culture, knowledge sharing and team momentum.
Tech Snapshot
- TypeScript, Next.js, React, Nest.js/Node.js
- MongoDB, GraphQL, BigQuery
- Python, Streamlit, Looker Studio
- Legacy support: Angular, Firebase, PHP, WordPress
Impact Areas
- Web products: aiesec.lk, Partner Portal, iCX Opportunities Tool
- CRM, analytics and notification systems for national operations
- Data pipelines and dashboards powering decision-making
What We Need
- Experience with modern tech stacks and Git-based workflows
- Project delivery and stakeholder coordination skills
- One year of Dev.Team experience preferred
- Executive Board experience is a strong plus

Role Overview
The Entity Finance Board Chair is responsible for overseeing the financial governance, transparency, and sustainability of all local entities of AIESEC in Sri Lanka. This role ensures sound financial practices across the network and supports entities in achieving financial health. View the EFB presentation for more details before applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Entity Finance Board nationally
- Oversee financial audits and compliance across all local entities
- Develop financial reporting frameworks and standards
- Support entities with budgeting, financial planning, and sustainability
- Collaborate with MC Finance to align national financial strategies
- Identify and address financial risks across the entity network
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles
- Experience with financial auditing and compliance
- Previous leadership experience in AIESEC (LC or national level preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to train and coach others on financial best practices
